高交會概況 CHINA HI-TECH FAIR

中國國際高新技術成果交易會（簡稱高交會）由中國商務部、科技部、工信部、國家發改委、農業部、國家知識產權局、中國科學院、中國工程院等部委和深圳市人民政府共同舉辦，每年在深圳舉行，是目前中國規模最大、最具影響力的科技類展會，有“中國科技第一展”之稱。

Each year, CHTF is co-hosted in Shenzhen by Ministries and Commissions of the national government and Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government. Up to now, 16 CHTFs have been successfully held in succession. For each CHTF, the total exhibition area exceeded 100,000㎡, nearly 3,000 exhibitors from more than 50 countries and over 500,000 visitors attended. Currently, it is the largest and the most influential scientific and technological fair in China and is renowned as “the No.1 Technology Show in China”.

第十八屆高交會將于2016年11月16-21日在深圳會展中心及相關分會場舉行，安排有展覽、論壇與會議、相關活動和不落幕的交易會等內容。

The 18th China High-Tech Fair (CHTF 2016) will take place at Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center and relevant sub-venues from November 16 to 21, 2016, with exhibitions, forums and conferences, relevant events as well as everlasting fairs as the main contents.

◆ 高交會擁有“中國科技第一展”的良好品牌形象，是目前中國規模最大、最具影響力的科技類展會，在世界上也具有一定的影響力。

With a good brand image and being reputed as the No.1 Technology Show in China, CHTF is currently the biggest and mot influential scientific and technological fair in China and has some influences on the world.

◆ 高交會擁有中國政府的強大支持，由多個國家部委院和深圳市人民政府共同舉辦，多位國家領導人先后蒞臨高交會參觀指導。首屆高交會由時任國務院總理朱镕基宣布開幕，第十屆高交會期間，時任國務院總理溫家寶專門為高交會題詞。

With the powerful support from the Chinese government, CHTF is co-hosted by Ministries and Commissions of China and Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government. Many Chinese state leaders had visited CHTF and former Primier Wen Jiabao had specially wrote inscriptions for the fair.

◆ 高交會為眾多企業帶來良好收益。微軟、IBM、索尼、高通、三星、惠普、西門子、東芝、甲骨文、LG、日立、松下等60多家跨國公司先后多次參展，騰訊、同洲電子等一大批優秀中國民營企業從這里走向世界。

CHTF has brought good benefits to numerous enterprises. More than 60 trans-national companies namely Microsoft, IBM, Sony, Qualcomm, Samsung, HP, Siemens, Toshiba, Oracle, LG, Hitachi and Panasonic ect. Participated CHTF many times and a batch of excellent Chinese private enterprises such as Tencent and Coship had expand their market to the world through the fair.

◆ 高交會是海內外媒體關注的焦點。每屆展會有近200家海內外媒體的約1500多名記者參與報道。不僅包括中國媒體也有來自香港、美國、日本等海外主流平面媒體，以及眾多網絡專業媒體。

CHTF is the focus of domestic and foreign media. Each fair, over 1500 journalists of nearly 200 domestic and foreign media were attracted to report the fair, including plane media and network media from Hong Kong, US and Japan ect.

◆ 高交會有強大的推廣手段。承辦單位專門制訂的專項推廣計劃，新聞發布會、信函直郵和郵件直郵；充分利用多年來與海內外媒體形成的長期合作關系，讓海內外企業和客戶全面了解高交會。

CHTF avails itself of powerful marketing promotion. The organizer has drawn up specialized promotion plan, arranged release conferences, sent direct mail letters, and made full use of long-term cooperative relationship with the domestic and foreign media so that enterprises and customers around the world could have known about CHTF well.

◆ 高交會有優質的專業觀眾群體。舉辦十七年以來，一直受到海內外專業人士的熱捧，每年的參觀人數超過50萬人次。

CHTF has attracted excellent professional visitors. For 16 years, it has been warmly greeted by domestic and overseas professionals. The totality of visitors each year has exceeded 500,000.

往屆回顧 Review of CHTF 2015

17屆高交會以“創新創業 跨界融合”為主題，總展覽面積達15萬平方米，有28個國家和地區的128個代表團、3686家參展商、16825個項目參加展示、交易和洽談，來自90個國家和地區的58.3萬人次觀眾參觀了主會場和分會場，214家海內外媒體的1496名記者參與了本屆高交會的報道。主要呈現出緊扣創新發展，展示創新驅動新成果；力促創新創業，激發經濟發展新動能；突出跨界融合，催生融合發展新業態；注重開放創新，拓展開放合作新空間；優化展會服務，探索創新辦展新方向等五個方面的特點。

At CHTF 2015, 128 delegations, 3,686 exhibitors, 16,825 projects, 3,812 investors from 90 countries and regions participated. Total visitors reached 583,000 person-times, and about 1,500 reporters from nearly 200 domestic and overseas media participated and reported the grand fair. The fair mainly shows on innovation and development, drives the new achievements of innovation; promotes innovation and entrepreneurship, stimulates new energy economic development; focuses on cross-border integration to promote the birth of fusion development of new formats; focuses on open innovation, develops new open space cooperation; optimizes exhibition services, exhibition features to explore innovative new direction in five aspects.

高交會友好合作團體邀請函

Hi - Tech Fair Friendship Cooperation Group Invitation

為了社會各界更好的了解高交會、參與高交會，利用高交會所搭建的科技文化技術交流平臺，加強中外科技企業的合作與交流，促進彼此間的貿易發展，現誠邀各商（協）會、高新產業集群（園區）成為高交會友好合作團體，我們將為友好合作團體提供以下支持服務：

1.列為高交會友好合作單位，并在高交會官網進行友情置換鏈接，在高交會會刊中列入大會支持單位名單；

2.友好合作團體的會員企業參觀高交會可獲免費入場通道并贈送高交會會刊一本；

3.友好合作團體組團到會參觀，可提供專題路線參觀接待服務和領隊講解，團隊合影及工作午餐；珠三角地區30人以上可提供車輛免費接送；

4.友好合作團體到會高層及邀請的重要嘉賓可提供VIP證件及相應優待服務，如VIP休息區入場券、商務午餐券、車輛通行證、高交會紀念品等，具體可根據友好合作團體到會安排另行協商；

In order to help everyone to have a better understanding of the fair, to participate in the fair, to make use of the scientific, cultural and technological exchange platform, to enhance the cooperation and exchange of science and technology enterprises between China and foreign countries; to promote the trade development between each other, we sincerely invite all businessmen (co-workers) and high-tech industrial clusters (Park) to become the friendly and cooperative group of CHTF. We will provide the following support services to the friendly and cooperative groups:

1. You will be listed as friendly cooperative units of CHTF and you can make a friendly site exchange links in the official website of the CHTF. And you will be listed in the supportive lists of the exhibition brochure of the fair;

2. The member companies of the friendly cooperative group will enjoy the free admission channel while visiting the fair, and will receive an exhibition brochure of CHTF.

3. If the friendly cooperative group have a group visit to the fair, we can provide exclusive reception services of the thematic visit route, explanations of tour leaders, team photos and working lunch; For the Pearl River Delta region, if the people are more than 30,we can provide a pick-up service.

4. VIP certificates and corresponding preferential services will be provided to senior officials and important guests of friendly cooperative groups attending the conference. Such as: VIP lounge area tickets, business lunch vouchers, vehicle passes, high-tech fair souvenirs.
